Bruno Roussin has been a commercial and residential property manager for almost 40 years. Vice-President of Immeubles Roussin from 1973-1995, he became owner-developer of Société immobilière Bruno Roussin in 1996, and is recognized as one of the builders of Ste-Foy.
In 1997, he contributed to the creation of the Institut de développement urbain (IDU) du Québec, serving as Vice-President. He was also the first Vice-President of the Administration Committee of the Centre des Congrès de Québec from 1997 to 1999.
Since 2000, Bruno Roussin has been involved in various investment projects, such as Top Karting and the Times & Suites hotels. His involvement in various types of real estate committees and groups has made him one of the best-known and most respected investors in Quebec City.
